Frozen Head is appropriately named. If I could do only one race, @upchuck50k would always be the one. That 30 mile stretch of the Cumberland Trail is gorgeous. You get rock overhangs, boulder strewn creeks, steep trails, pine, rhododendron, and all the leaves and rocks. Then you get to cheer everybody else in and hang out with all the cool kids after slapping the finishCAN. Thanks @chadwamack , @matt.sims , and @wtrails for all the work in putting on this classic event. 📷 @fred_dossThat face when Ray-Jay touches you and you don’t know where his hands have been. Excited to go run in the woods along the Cumberland Trail this weekend. Even more excited for roll call on the Magic Bus. @upchuck50k #runnrcLink to my race report for Grindstone is in my profile. May you have ultra-endurance in reading it. #runnrc #myspringenergy #grindstone1002019 Races
